Nissan Motors India launched their Sunny sedan in Kerala earlier this week with a base price of Rs 5.78 lacs. Nissan India plans on selling about 30,000 units of Sunny sedan in the Indian auto industry by the end of March 2012. Deliveries os Sunny sedan are expected to begin by the end of this month.
Due to the large number of people looking for compact cars at great prices, Nissan hopes to achieve their target number of Sunny sedan by the end of this fiscal. The best thing about the car is that it will be available to all customers all over the country without any waiting period.
Though Nissan Sunny was designed in Japan, its body and features are all derived from the Indian car market where it will be sold. Sunny sedan is available in 3 trim variants, XE, XL and XV with a price tag of Rs 5.78 lacs, Rs 6.88 lacs, and Rs 7.68 lacs respectively. Nissan Sunny gives a mileage of 16.95 kmpl.
