Tata launches Nano online stores offering exclusive merchandise
In a bid to popularize the Nano brand, Tata Motors along with eBay have launched a Nano online store on eBay.in. Through this, Tata Nano exclusive merchandise will be offered to customers. The new Nano online store was launched by Ms. Delna Avari, Head of Nano Product Group – Tata Motors.
Keeping to the motto of exclusivity and the tag line ‘never thought of before’ the online store will be part of company marketing initiatives to market the Tata Nano. Tata Nano has found favor online in a number of ways. For starters this was one of the first cars in India which could be booked online. The Tata Nano Facebook page has a fan base of over 1.6 million and now the newly launched online merchandise portal is set to attract fans of Tata Nano to its fold.
eBay is widely accessed in all metros and major cities of India. It is an ideal way for the company to reach out to customers in today’s internet savvy market. On sale will be Nano branded Titan watches, T Shirts for men and women, Nano shaped pen drives, mouse, models, caps, key-chains etc.
