Today Auto has announced a new campaign to draw greater attention to its new launched quattro All Wheel Drive Technology. This technology is what is seen in all of Audi's range of luxury vehicles which offers superior traction, handling and balance to their vehicles even in the worst of driving situations and road conditions. In fact, it should be mentioned here that Audi is the only auto manufacturer who offers all wheel drive on each of their models.

The campaign which commence during national Football League matches from January 14 has a tag line of 'the legendary Auto quattro' in a 60 second advertisement along with a 30 second advertisement on national television. The campaign is entitled Ahab and is inspired from Herman Melville's well known struggle with an elusive white whale. In the campaign, Ahab is a tow truck driver who has to drive an Audi Quattro through snow and stormy conditions to emerge a winner thanks to Quattro technology.

Audi is the first auto company to bring out all wheel drive technology which was seen at the World Rally Championships in 1981. The technology is highly advanced and seen in all models and even on the new 2012 Audi A6 which is one of the company's most innovative and highly advanced models to date.
