Italian car manufacturer, Fiat Auto has finally revealed the name of their 500 five door sedan as 500L, L here stands for large. Fiat 500L will debut itself during the Geneva Motor Show, which is scheduled to go live from the 8th of March this year.
Rumors suggest that the new Fiat 500L sedan will be very similar in looks to the 500 superhatch. Fiat 500 sedan will not only be longer but will also be wider than the 500 hatchback variant. Fiat will launch 500L sedan first in the European auto industry and subsequently by start of 2013, 500L will be introduced in the US auto market.
Fiat 500L will be powered by the in-house 1.4L four cylinder mill generating 120 PS power and 206 Nm torque. New reports also suggest that Fiat Auto is planning on launching an even larger variant of 500, in the form of a seven seater. Fiat 500 seven seater will be launched either as a SUV or a crossover.
