Lamborghini Veneno Roadster flight deck calling, ready for take off

Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is available at a price of €3.3 million ($4.47 million) excluding tax and is limited to just 9 units in 2014. The vehicle on display on the flight deck of Italian naval aircraft Nave Cavour, a 240 metre carrier docked in Abu Dhabi’s Mina Zayed port wore a shade of Rosso Veneno. Buyers can customise colours at their free will.

This 750 hp Supersports car is one of the most expensive cars in the world. Fitted with a 6.5 liter V12 engine,it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 355 kmph. The fast-shifting ISR transmission with 5 modes powers an all wheel drive.

This open top car displays outstanding aerodynamic efficiency and comes in with an exclusive design. Each of these 9 units will be produced during the coming year and clients will be able to select their individual color schemes for their own Veneno Roadster.

As would only be fitting for a car if this stature, the Veneno Roadster was unveiled in the presence of royalty, which included His Excellency Giorgio Starace, Italian Ambassador to UAE and Admiral of High Seas Forces, Paolo Treu. Chef Corrago Corti of Italy’s Hotel Splendido in Portofino was flown in for the occasion while singer and actress Elena Bonelli sung the Italian national anthem at the opening.
