Tata Motors Group global wholesales in April 2013 accounts for 81,241 vehicles equating to 7.02% sales decline when compared 87,377 units sold in April 2012. This includes Jaguar Land Rover, which accounted for 15% sales increase in comparison to April 2012.
In a bid to conduct tests and trials in extreme hot weather conditions, Jaguar Land Rover has opened a new engineering test center in Al Barsha area of Dubai, UAE. The center has come up at an investment of US$ 1.5 million (£1 million, INR 8,23,80,000).
