Maruti Alto 800 Nepal launch scheduled for March 2013

After taking Indian markets by storm, the Maruti Suzuki 800 is all set to enter Nepal markets. All new Alto 800 is set to arrive in Nepal via CG Automobiles by March 2013.

The compact and highly fuel efficient Alto 800 is an instant attraction especially to first time car buyers and middle class consumers. It has proved its mettle due to its innovative new design, high level of fuel efficiency and compact persona which makes it ideal for inter city travel.

Maruti Alto 800 was launched in Indian markets in October 2012 and is now ready to enter Nepal markets. Executive Director, Karan Chaudhary, CG Auto Nepal is excited about this prospect and has already been receiving a host of enquiries about the impending launch.

The redesigned and revamped Alto 800 is fitted with a 796cc three cylinder petrol engine offering 48 PS power. Its engine is mated to a five speed manual gearbox and offers a 15% enhancement in fuel efficiency over the previous model. Interior space is also at a premium with 15mm additional leg room and its hood 15mm higher than its earlier counterpart. Seat fabrics and dashboard design have also been augmented for better appeal.
