Bajaj Pulsar RS200 BSIII stock is being sold at INR 15,000 flat discount
Supremem Court ruling to ban BSIII vehicles from tomorrow, has resulted in two wheeler dealers across India announcing huge discounts on BSIII stock of vehicles.
Launched first in 2015, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is the flagship product in the Pulsar range. With government of India banning sale of BSIII version of all vehicles in the country from tomorrow, all BSIII stock is being sold by dealers at heavy discount.
The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 BSIII stock is being sold at a flat discount of INR 15,000 at dealerships who have the stock. Not only Bajaj, but TVS, Hero, Honda, Suzuki, etc, all are selling their two wheelers at a huge discount.
Speaking about the Pulsar RS200, it is powered by a 199.5 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which adopts fuel-injection system to produce 24.5 PS at 9,750 rpm and 18.6 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed transmission.
Offered in two trims, ABS and Non ABS, roughly 50% of customers who have booked Bajaj Pulsar RS200 preferred ABS variant. While export-spec Pulsar RS200 are equipped with dual channel ABS system, top-end Indian model makes do with single-channel ABS (governs only front wheel).
ABS variant is dearer than base variant by INR 12,000. The Race Sports Pulsar is also equipped with dual projector headlamps, LED pilot lamps, clip-on handlebar and two-piece taillight.
