Tata Motors Prolife on World Environment Day, World Anti-Counterfeiting Day Mahindra and Tata initiatives
This program will facilitate reducing down time of commercial vehicles for reconditioning and will equate to low cost of ownership besides better performance in the long run which will contribute to sustainable environment. Tata Motors Prolife is being offered across 1000 Tata Motors Authorized Commercial vehicle dealers and service stations in the country and will cover components such as 6BT BSII, BS III, 697 BSII Engine long block for Tata trucks and buses, Ace engine long block, Ace Zip, Magic Iris Engine long block, 497 BS II / BSIII Engine long blocks for LCVs besides for electrical and electronic parts and for turbochargers and brake components.
Ravindra Pisharody, Executive Director, Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors said, “With an objective to provide our customers with utmost service support, we have started this unique service programme. It is our endeavour to always offer first-in-class service initiatives which add value. This programme will ensure quality reconditioning and reduction in down time of commercial vehicles for reconditioning and will result in low cost-of-ownership and superior performance. We want to enhance our after-market experience levels. They should be excellent, not only on the pocket, but across our chain. We are bringing in enhancements with equipment, manpower and processes for fast service and we are sure that customers will see true value in such initiatives.”
On the occasion of World Anti-Counterfeiting Day, Tata Motors in association with SIAM has brought their unique campaign to dealerships pan India. The crux of the matter being use of original parts through Tata Motors’ Passenger Car Spare Parts tagged ‘TOP’ (Tata Motors Original Parts). The Service package among matters related to functionality aims at environment protection.
Mahindra too optimises a similar agenda at dealerships here, and is working continually to deal with spurious auto parts. Dealers and spare part stockists have taken up the cause and are creating awareness among customers.
