Land Rover Evoque SUV launched in India: On road Mumbai Price at Rs. 5,520,557 to Rs. 7,208,494

Jaguar Land Rover’s new Evoque Crossover SUV was ready for a gala launch yesterday.    The Evoque SUV comes to the Indian car market as a completely built unit (CBU) with plans to assemble the same at the unit at Chikli near Pune.Evoque is priced higher than BMW X3 and Audi Q5 but once locally assembled, the Evoque will cost less.  Range Rover Evoque 2.2l diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Pure on road Mumbai Price with Octroi Inclusive of 12.5% VAT, RTO Tax Incl. of Registration Service Charges, and Comprehensive Insurance is Rs. 5,520,557.

The Range Rover Evoque 2.2l diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Dynamic comes at a price of Rs. 6,473,805. The Range Rover Evoque 2.2L Diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Prestige comes at a price of Rs. 6,591,910.  The Range Rover Evoque 2.0L Petrol Si4 Auto Coupe Dynamic comes for at a price of Rs. 7,208,494.

Range Rover Evoque 2.2l diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Pure on road price outside of Mumbai inclusive of 12.5% VAT, RTO Tax Incl. of Registration Service Charges, and Comprehensive Insurance is Rs. 5,268,062. The Range Rover Evoque 2.2l diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Dynamic comes for a price of Rs. 6,149,890. The Range Rover Evoque 2.2L Diesel SD4 Auto 5 Door Prestige comes at a price of Rs. 6,290,137. The Range Rover Evoque 2.0L Petrol Si4 Auto Coupe Dynamic comes for at a price of Rs. 6,878,360.


The non refundable advance payment towards vehicle booking is Rs. 5 Lakhs, and cancellation after registration of the Range Rover Evoque SUV is not possible. Available both in petrol and diesel variants, the Range Rover Evoque (5 door) is available in three distinct derivatives-Pure, Prestige and Dynamic and the Coupe is available in the Dynamic form.


Range Rover Evoque in both petrol and diesel engine will have three variants each namely Prestige, Pure and Dynamic.  A host of safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS and ESP will be common to all ranges.  Initially 50 such SUVs have been set aside for Indian consumers. Here’s a look at the Evoque interiors.

The Petrol variant will be a 2 liter turbocharged unit with 240 Bhp and 340 Nm torque while the diesel variant will have a common rail diesel engine with 190 Bhp and 420 Nm torque.  Both models will have 6 speed automatic transmissions and all wheel drive.
