Personally I would shorten that list to swift vxi and figo zxi as I am not a fan of Tata or Chevrolet.
Figo is destined for glory cause of its performance, exteriors and interiors. On the other hand Swift Vxi, being a Maruti car, is low on maintenance and has a very good resale value (probably the best right now).
So the call is yours. Resale - Maintenance or Performance.
