This IBS technology connects front and rear brakes due to which they are brought into action when the brake lever is applied while Hero claims that this reduces the stopping distances significantly. The new Pleasure, which will see a rival in Scooty Pep+, is powered by a 102cc four stroke single cylinder and air cooled engine. This engine offers peak power output of 6.74 hp at 7,000 rpm and peak torque of 7.85 Nm at 5,000 rpm along with fuel efficiency of 49 kmpl.
Striking in looks with a stunning new digital console and high rigidity underbone type chassis, the 2014 Hero Pleasure is being launched in two variants – Normal and Alloy Wheel. Hero has included grab rails and tail lamp in a new design along with side stand indicator, tubeless tyres, illuminated under seat storage, mobile charging point and lockable glove box on the new Pleasure. Pleasure is being offered in a range of 10 color options in mono and dual tone shades. Tank capacity is limited to 5 liters while total kerb weight stands at 103 kgs.
2014 Hero Pleasure is mainly targeted towards female buyers and will be competing with the TVS Scooty Pep+, Honda Active i, Ray and TVS Wego in its segment. It is available in 9 exciting and bright colours.
