Triumph announces two special edition motorcycles
Triumph, the british motorcycle manufacturer, has announced two new special edition motorcycles, named Bonnville and Speed Triple. While the Bonnville is priced at $7,999 (â‚¬6,159.23, INR4.36 lakhs) the Speed Triple is priced at $13,399 ( â‚¬10,287, INR 7,35 lakhs).
India is still awaiting the launch of Triumph Motorcycles. After showcasing their portfolio and revealing prices for India at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo, Triumph has probably forgotten India. But elsewhere, they are going strong. In the US, they have announced two new special edition motorcycles recently- Bonnville and Speed Triple SE.
Bonnville SE will be seen in a bright red frame with matte black / cranberry red accents. This 865cc vehicle will sport new front indicators and headlight mounts along with new mirror designs and pillion grab rails. Being a special edition model the Bonnville will sport a new seat design with new stitching and vinyl accents which will make it stand out.Â Speed Triple SE is a 1050cc three cylinder vehicle bathed in blue. It has a blue frame, swing arm and twin matte blue decals or gloss decals. There are also blue wheel pinstripes and black mirrors, silencer heat shields and handlebars.
These bikes are offered in a lightweight design with carbon fiber front mudguard, tank cover, inner radiator panels. Both these special edition motorcycles will be available from US Triumph dealer networks commencing from May 1, 2013.
