Audi Technical Service Centre strengthens the auto manufacturer’s aftersales service, and was inaugurated by Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service: Entire Vehicle, AUDI AG, and Joe King, Head, Audi India.
Ulli Seyfferth says Audi Technical Service Centre in India helps attain deeper insight into car usage pattern and other local peculiarities. It helps understand customer preferences in India. Insight gained is important for Audi India to adapt cars to suit market requirements. Audi Technical Service Centre will support technicians and service advisors from across dealerships. It also serves to cultivate competence level to execute quality jobs.
Joe King says customer delight is a focus area. The auto manufacturer’s customer centric strategy has boosted success in the Indian market. ‘Customers are serviced for life when they buy an Audi‘, he added.
Audi Technical Service Centre is a step in that direction. The Mumbai centre workshop and training facility is in line with AUDI AG standards. It houses three climate control work bays, and Analysis Workshop for Diagnosis and in depth analysis of product concerns. There’s a training facility to conduct boot camps for technical teams, and the dealer network.
