Skoda India launches MySkoda app for their customers
Skoda India has introduced ‘MySkoda’ mobile App for every Skoda user offering a variety of benefits. This is a part of the company’s initiative to invest INR 100 crores in enhancing ownership experience. The new app allows for single window interface, added transparency with the brand while offering owners a hassle free ownership experience.
Available for download on iTunes App Store for iPhone and Google Play store for Android devices, ‘MySkoda’ mobile App connects Skoda owners with Skoda India’s digital ecosystem.
Thanks to this app, owners receive itemized billing record for each service. They can book appointments via the app, locate closest dealership via a GPS enabled dealer locator, calculate service costs, connect with ŠKODA Customer Care team and receive estimates of spare parts.
‘MySkoda’ mobile App also provides user with a complete history of their vehicle while users can remotely monitor the vehicles service cycle, warranty, insurance and road-side assistance expiry dates etc.
Inside the app, MyDocuments section helps customers keep a close check on registration certificates, insurance policies and PUC certificates while fuel cost calculator keeps a tab on routine fuel expenses.
The customer has to make an entry of quantity of fuel filled and amount spent along with the date while the app maintains a record of cost and mileage so that the owner can be updated on day wise trip costs.
